Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 3800 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the 3800 platform, including visitors, registered members, and any party accessing the content or services provided. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 3800 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in betting activities in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of 3800 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Password Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 3800 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity Verification
3800 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Users are required to provide valid verification documents upon request, including a valid national identity card or passport.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 3800 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or platform-compromising activity. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, or any other means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Transferring or sharing your account with another party.
- Spreading false or misleading information about 3800 or its services.
- Taking any action that could compromise system security or the experience of other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and 3800 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 3800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking, Touch 'n Go, and FPX. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policy set by 3800.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered under the same name as the user's 3800 account. 3800 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
3800 reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or breaching the terms of use. In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, users must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
3800 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 3800's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the 3800 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 3800 and are protected by copyright laws in force in Malaysia. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 3800.
Account Suspension & Closure
3800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, fraud, or for security reasons. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact our support team at [email protected] for further enquiries. Any remaining funds in a closed account will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, provided no terms violations are confirmed.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 3800 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 3800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. 3800 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 3800 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
